Sunset

Ingredients

• 25 ml of Magnifica Reserva Soleira
• 25 ml brandy
• 50 ml Sour Mix (30 ml lemon juice, 10 ml of egg white, 1 tea spoon of sugar)
• 20 ml of passion fruit juice
• Sugar to decorate the glass edge

Preparation

Mix all ingredients in a shaker with some ice;
Use an orange or other fruit to wet a Martini glass edge and then pass it into some sugar;
Finally pour the shaker content through a strainer into the glass.
