Ingredients for 1 liter of “Quentão”:

• 400 ml Magnífica Cristal cachaça
• 4 cinnamon sticks
• 8 cloves
• 4 tablespoons of sugar
• 600 ml of water
• 10 cm piece of ginger

Preparation:

In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the cachaça and simmer over low heat for approximately 20 minutes.

Allow the reduction to cool, then add the cachaça and strain to remove the spices. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
