Quentão geladão (“Super hot, super cold”)
Ingredients for one litre of “Quentao” :
- 400ml of cachaça Magnifica Tradicional
- 4 cinnamon sticks
- 8 cloves
- 4 large spoons of sugar
- 600ml of water
- Ginger (10cm)
Preparation
Put all ingredients, except cachaça, in a pan and let the mix reduce at low temperature for 20 minutes. Let it cool down, then add the cachaça and filter the residues from the spices. Put in the fridge and serve very cold.
